The following is a list of amenities and services available to our residents.

enable seniors to maintain

while fostering good relations

Assisted living includes:
  • Nurse on duty 24-hours daily
  • Private handicap accessible bathroom
  • Kitchenettes with microwave and refrigerator
  • Emergency call system
  • Nurse on duty 24-hours daily
  • On-site beauty shop
  • Beautifully decorated commons’ areas
  • Private dining room
  • Complete repairs and maintenance
  • Pharmacy services
  • Respite care
  • Three nutritional, home cooked meals plus snacks
  • All utilities (electric, gas, water)(except cable and phone)
  • Weekly housekeeping and flat linen service
  • Full, well rounded activities program
  • Scheduled and unscheduled transportation
  • Complete assistance with ambulation and transferring
  • Medication monitoring and administration
  • Complete assistance with bathing, dressing & grooming
  • Monitoring of health care needs with personal physician
  • Complete assistance with appointment scheduling

The Courtyard - Catered Care Assisted Living

The following is a list of amenities and services available to our residents.

  • Three delicious home cooked meals
  • Private dining room
  • Snacks throughout the day
  • Medications ordering, monitoring and administration
  • Complete assistance with bathing
  • Complete assistance with incontinence and toileting
  • Specialized, activities/events
  • Escort assistance to and from meals and activities
  • Room checks every two hours
  • Complete assistance with bedtime preparation
  • Enclosed courtyard/patio
  • Transportation to doctors appointments
  • Nurse on duty 24-hours a day
  • Regular family support meetings in conjunction with local Alzheimerís Association
  • In-house security/wander system
  • Certified resident assistants
  • Beautifully decorated commons areas
  • Flat laundry
  • Weekly needs assessment by RNLs
  • Weekly notations on needs and care plans
  • All utilities (except cable and phone)


Cottage Features




Our cottages are designed for individuals who are independent and do not need assistance, or who need ‘light’ assistance, but would enjoy the comfort, security and freedom of maintenance free living the cottages provide.
Our community promotes independence, respects privacy and provides assistance when needed.

  • All landscaping, lawn care and seasonal maintenance
  • All utilities(except cable and phone)
  • Monthly Meal Package
  • Housekeeping twice a month
  • Emergency call system
  • Monthly nurse check
  • Scheduled transportation
  • Activities and entertainment at the Manor House
  • Priority admission to the assisted living community


The Manor House - independent living apartments

The following is a list of amenities and services available to our residents.



Our studio and one-bedroom apartments offer an attractive residential option for those who want to retain their independence and privacy and still enjoy a sense of community with others. Residents can host card games in their apartments or use the lounges or multi-purpose rooms for large events. A sense of fellowship pervades The Manor House. There is lots to do and lots of good neighbors to share things with.

The following are included in the monthly fee:

  • All apartments include full kitchens and private baths
  • All utilities (except cable and phone)
  • Monthly meal package
  • Twice a month housekeeping
  • Emergency call system
  • Appliance repair and replacement
  • Interior and exterior maintenance -- from stopped sinks to snow removal
  • Scheduled transportation
  • Beautifully decorated commons areas
  • Complementary Wellness needs assessment and RN consultation
  • Routine blood pressure checks
  • Social program and entertainment
  • Unlimited access to all common areas and lounges
  • Prioritized admission into The Inn or The Courtyard
  • Monthly nurse checks
  • Five days, annually, of free respite care in The Inn
