Cottage Features |
Our cottages are designed for individuals who are independent
and do not need assistance, or who need ‘light’ assistance,
but would enjoy the comfort, security and freedom of maintenance
free living the cottages provide.
Our community promotes independence, respects privacy and provides
assistance when needed. |

Manor House - independent living apartments
The following is a list of amenities and services available to our residents.

Our studio and one-bedroom apartments offer an attractive residential
option for those who want to retain their independence and privacy
and still enjoy a sense of community with others. Residents can
host card games in their apartments or use the lounges or multi-purpose
rooms for large events. A sense of fellowship pervades The Manor
House. There is lots to do and lots of good neighbors to share
things with. |
The
following are included in the monthly fee:
- All apartments include full kitchens and private baths

- Monthly meal package
- Twice a month housekeeping
- Emergency call system

exterior maintenance -- from stopped sinks to snow removal
